Brief introduction
Acoustic Panel Production Line is a new design product of Formetal’s in
2021. With the effort from our engineering team, it brings an effective technical
solution providing user with easy and economical transportation, flexible production
at site.
Working principle
The Acoustic Panel Production Line mainly consists of auto decoiler,
leveler, press machine, roll forming systems, stacking system, electric system
and hydraulic system. With the Control in Remote, the operator can run the line
in the office. Stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum can be processed on
this line.
Working flow
Uncoiling --- leveling --- Punching --- Roll Forming – Post-Cutting – Stacking
