Continuous EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line
Description
Brief introduction
The whole line can produce EPS sandwich panel or both EPS and polyurethane
sandwich panel which is a custom-made machine. It can continuously produce the
sandwich panel, working speed 5-10m/min (based on sandwich panel thickness).
The whole line needs space about 120-130 meters long, 24 meters wide and 8
meters high.
Majority of the client would like to ask for a sandwich panel
manufacturing line integrated with EPS and polyurethane.
Components of the line
The EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line includes the following parts:
uncoiling system, pre-slitting and filming device (including waste edge
rewinder), roll forming machine, preheating oven, EPS block feeding table, upper&lower
gluing machine, foam injection machine, accessories of foaming system, double
belt conveyor, double belt heating device, cutting system, cooling
system(optional), stacking system(optional), packing system(optional), electric
system, etc.
