Work principle
Polyurethane roll shutter door slat roll forming line consists of uncoiler,
roll forming system, foam injection machine, heating oven, servo drive punch
system, reception stable, electric system and so on, realizing the fully
automatic producing. The line length appr. 35 meters, working speed Max. 25 meters
per minute.
With plenty of designing
and manufacturing experience, we also have hood box making machine, guide rail

Working flow
Uncoiling – pre-heating – guiding the steel sheet to roll forming – Roll
