10 Tons Automatic Steel Decoiler

10 Tons Automatic Steel Decoiler is for automatically releasing the steel coil to roll forming machine. It can run automatically with the roll forming machine. It can automatically expand and retract the steel coil.

1.  Structure

10 Tons Automatic Steel Decoiler is driven by the motor through the chain. The expanding and retracting of the decoiler is driven by the hydraulic system.

The press arm adopts air cylinder, the press arm is released when air cylinder gets up and the press arm is pressed when air cylinder gets down. The press arm must press the steel coil when the decoiler is running.

The moving of the decoiler car is driven by the hydraulic motor and the lifting is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder.

The decoiler central line can be slight adjusted to match the central line of the PU/PIR production line.
