EPS Sandwich Panel Machine is an integrated production line consisting of a roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system. The roll forming machine consists of decoiler, guiding, film covering, precutting, forming, and supporter. The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, film covering, glue applying, groove making, dusting and post-cutting. The whole machine is under control of PLC.
The line can produce three types of panels: flat wall sandwich panel, push-in sandwich panel and corrugated sandwich panel.
Special sizes of sandwich panel can be designed in our company. The machine can be customized based on the customer’s specific technical requirements.
EPS Sandwich Panel Machine can do roof sandwich panel, wall sandwich panel. Special sizes of profiles can be designed in our company.

Laminating Machine
The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, glue applying, groove making, dusting and cutting and electric controller, etc.
Continuous Cutting System
Cutting System is driven by a forwarding system and meanwhile the saw is driven by motor to cut off the sandwich panel. The whole machine request high precision cutting, this machine adopts pneumatic controlling system for the cutting device which control the device clamping, forwarding, reserving.

Packaging Details
1. Two *40GP and one *40OT containers for loading one set of the machine.
2. The whole Wiped Anti Rust Oil, PLC controller covered by foam film;
3. Spare parts and some small parts packed in wooden box;
4. All Components Fixed by steel wire with Container. Suitable for long time sea shipping.
