Double Layer Roll Forming Machine

Double Layer Roll Forming Machine is a machine who can produce two profiles in one machine. There are two layers in the machine, upper layer and lower layer and two layers cutter. One layer can work on one profile. Machine can work on one profile for one time. This machine is very welcome for the customer whose factory space is limited. Double Layer Roll Forming Machine can automatically uncoiling, pre-cutting, roll forming, post cutting and stacking.

The machine can be customized based on the customer’s specific technical requirements.

Advanced Double Layer Roll Forming System

1.  There are two lays of rollers in order to produce two kinds of panels. Operator can choose one of them easily.

2.  Machine frame adopts welding structure with shot blasting treatment. It’s sectionally jointed.

Automatic Post Cutting System

1.  The cutter can move up and down to cut the upper profile and lower profile.

2.  The cutting to length is controlled by the PLC and encoder.
