Pipe Welding Machine is the special machine which can produce high-frequency straight seam welded pipe. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

The machine can be customized based on the customer’s specific technical requirements.

Horizontal type loop

  The steel strips which is stored in it shall be enough to ensure main machine to run continuously while welding strips from two coils.

  When change the coil, it doesn’t need to stop machinery to improve the work efficiency. 

Forming Unit

1)    Horizontal roll stand: The structure adopts cast steel, double housing, changing rolls in the side. It is easy for changing the rolls and stable structure.

2)    Vertical roll stand: It is passive rotation, it is used to assist the forming roll to improve the forming quality.

3)    Drive gear box: It adopts spiral bevel gear and cylindrical gear with high precision.

    
Welding Unit

1)    One set of guide roll stand for controlling direction of pipe seam to insure pipe seam flatly and straightly entering into extruding rollers.

2)    One set of extruding roll stand for controlling weld seam and realizing successful welding

3)    Two sets of scraper frame for scraping outside weld seam to keep it smoothly and flatness.



Sizing Unit

It is mainly fine shaping pipe after welding and controlling size accuracy.



Roughly Straightening Unit

It adopts Turk’s head type, 4 rolls single side. It will keep the pipe straight. And one installation bed along with sizing main machine.


Cutting Saw

  It will cut off the pipe after welding continuously. It adopts fly cutting type. When cutting off the pipe, the line doesn’t need to stop. It will greatly improve the work efficiency.

Packaging

Packaging Details

1. Four *40GP containers for loading one set of the product line.

2. The whole Wiped Anti Rust Oil, PLC controller covered by foam film;

3. Spare parts and some small parts packed in wooden box;

4. All Components Fixed by steel wire with Container. Suitable for long time sea shipping.
