3. Main structure type and features

1）Machine frame adopts welding structure with shot blasting treatment

2）By using hydraulic cylinder, sliding parts to realize the function of increase or decrease the inner diameter of mandrel, and finally realizing the function of tightening the coil.

3）Motor and chain drive the decoiler axle for rotating, and realize the active decoil function.

4）Adopt pressing arm to make sure that the coil sheet will not be spread.

5）Put the steel coil on the coil car, control the coil car to take the coil to the middle part of the mandrel, let the hydraulic cylinder to tighten the coil. While the machine is started, the electrical motor will drive the mandrel at first, then the steel sheet will be released, take the sheet to the forming rollers and it will move automatically while the rollers are running. After that, the decoiler will actively release the sheet under the control of ultrasonic device. All the steel coil will tighten the sheet by its braking resistance.

The coil car consists of guiding rail, moving structure and lifting device etc. guiding rail is welded by two pieces of 6m level steel strip which is director of coil car moving; coil car is driven by hydraulic motor, to continually advance to set position; and coil height’s lift is achieved by hydraulic oil cylinder pushing lifting device.
